Louise Rochman, COO
Louise has over 25 years of healthcare and retirement industry experience. She is actively involved as an
executive for the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) Regional Office and is a member of various
seniors associations. Louise has held senior leadership positions in the industry and has extensive customer
service experience. She has a natural affinity with seniors and is relentlessly focused on delivering an
exceptional lifestyle environment for the residents of Duke of Devonshire and Lord Lansdowne.

Devin Froislie, Assistant General Manager
Devin has been a valuable member of the Dymon Healthcare Group for over nine years. He holds certificates
in Business Marketing and Business Administration from Algonquin College. His likeable personality and
exceptional interpersonal skills have contributed significantly to the lifestyle experience of residents
at the Lord Lansdowne. His passion, integrity and empathy are some of the great qualities the residents
have become accustomed to. Devin's relationship with the residents and their families is one of the key
reasons for his success at Lord Lansdowne.

Dhom Rosete, Executive Chef
Dhom has over 21 years of culinary experience. His initial training was completed at Westminister College in
London, England, where Dhom specialized in European & Asian cuisine. Over his career, Dhom gained varied
experience in the U.K. including a position as Executive Chef on the Hispaniola, a large floating ship restaurant
that operated on the River Thames, where he cooked for former Prime Minister Tony Blair and other Members of
Parliament. Dhom moved to Canada a year ago and now lives in Ottawa with his family. Dhom has a real flair
with food and is passionately looking forward to tantalizing your taste buds.

Stephanie Wilson, Activities Coordinator
Stephanie loved growing up in Ottawa. She went to Carleton University where she earned her undergraduate
degree in Law. Since then Stephanie has had the privilege to travel across Canada, South East Asia as
well as New Zealand working on organic farms. She recently graduated from Sustainable Agriculture where
she learned valuable business skills and how to one day run a successful farm. Stephanie has previously
worked here at Lord Lansdowne in the dining room and at the front desk. Stephanie is very excited to have
the opportunity to use her creative ability and work with the residents to ensure that their days are
filled with stimulating and fun activities!
